A 40-year-old family run chocolate business was looking to transition into a nationwide franchise.  As Director of Brand Marketing, I worked with the owner to strategically and visually develop the brand. I created the brand guidelines as well as the design of all store signage, brochures, packaging, and even a delivery van! In addition, I developed and instituted a series of weekly chocolate art classes, which added to the franchise’s concept of transforming the corner candy shop into an interactive chocolate factory experience, letting customers in on the magic of the chocolate-making process. This creative program was put into practice franchise-wide.
